Pickling 101 - Fermenting 101 and Preserving 101 Class June in Lincolnville

Lincolnville Business Group is sponsoring a series of Pickling, Fermenting and Preserves Classes in June for the region in preparation for the fall Pickles, Preserves, and Pies Festival which will be held on October 7th from 9am to 2pm at Lincolnville Beach. Proceeds support Lincolnville scholarships for local college students. Classes are being taught by Maine Extension Service and cost is $20 per person. Ages 14 and up welcome. More...

As part of the popular summer concert series at Savage Oakes Vineyard and Winery in Union, Graham Nash will share an intimate evening of songs and stories on Thursday evening, July 20th at 7:30pm.

Tickets for the concert will go on sale April 21st. The Savage Oakes music venue offers an intimate outdoor concert experience. Food and a wide variety of Maine craft beverages will be served. Tickets, priced at $56 in advance, are festival style general admission with guests invited to bring along lawn chairs and blankets.
