It’s hard to believe it's the end of a decade or really that just 20 years ago we were all scared and worried that the world was going to end with Y2K! Well we don't have that to worry about this year at least.

I've worked New Year’s Eve every year since I started in restaurants thirty years ago and I love it. It's an opportunity to offer fancier food then I normally cook, with some lavish ingredients I don't always use like foie gras and caviar. It's a night to burn the lights extra bright and cheer for the turning of the year and the slow lengthening of the days. It's a wonderful night to celebrate and there’s no place I would rather be than here at Nina June celebrating with all of you. More...
