Fall Gardening for Pollinators and Other Beneficials

Jean Vose presents a slide show introducing pollinators and beneficial garden insects seen in our Maine yards and gardens. This includes bees of all kinds, wasps [both predatory and parasitic], birds, bats, and butterflies as well as moths and other beneficial creatures. She will discuss how to create a year-round environment to attract and support them including some eco-friendly tips. She will discuss the fall yard and how to prepare it to sustain pollinators and beneficials through the winter
