We will discuss motivating employees to begin thinking about retirement planning in the years leading up to retirement. Employees need to consider not only how much to contribute to a retirement plan and how to allocate it but also how they will begin spending down the balance. There are numerous sources of help for retirees and we will discuss pros and cons of the various options including Certified Financial Planners ™ and how to interact with one and how to pay for their services.
