Thursday, April 30, 7:00 pm. "Sensing Storm Surge", at the Camden Public Library. Dr. Kim Huguenard, Preston Spicer, and Laura Rickard will showcase results of an ongoing, National Science Foundation (NSF)-funded citizen science project to measure storm surge in three Maine estuaries with varying physical characteristics, and how to help communities plan for future coastal development and climate change adaptation.
