Venezuelan Cuisine Night at Natalie's

Venezuelan foods, with their tingling spices, exotic flavors and sumptuous sweet meals have become favorites all around the world. Our own Carmen Vargas, a native Venezuelan, will be in the kitchen alongside Executive Chef Long to create this Venezuelan extravaganza. Carmen used to be a farmer in Venezuela — the recipes have been in her family for generations (she is the grandmother of innkeeper Gilbert Pena). Enjoy Reine Pepiada (shown here), other dishes include shrimp in coconut and a traditional Venezuelan Beef dish Lomo Negro. Join us for this 5-course creation. Carmen will also be hosting a Venezuelan cooking class.
