Holiday Beach Ocean Front Rentals

The cottage is on a double lot with a large lawn in front and a small lawn to the left. In the back and to the right are woods. The distance from the front door to the water is 150 feet. It has a large living room with a dining area, a fieldstone fireplace and gas heater. The small but ample kitchen has an electric stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, cooking utensils (including a lobster pot), dishes and silverware. There is a half bath downstairs. The second floor has a full bath with a tub and shower combination. There are three bedrooms upstairs; one queen and two double beds. Amenities include cable TV, Internet, unlimited phone service, gas grill, firewood and linens. There is a two week minimum on rentals. Maximum occupancy is 6.

The beach has small rocks and two boat moorings. All properties include three bedrooms (sleeps 6), 1½ or 2 baths, a fireplace, linens, TV w/cable, and gas grill. Auxiliary heat for cool nights, fully equipped kitchen with electric stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave & coffee pot. Wireless internet available at all units. Pet friendly, no smoking please.

Rates:
Yellow and Brown Cottages: $1,250-$1,750/week (2-week minimum June - Sept.).
Holiday Beach House Summer Rate: $1,400-$1,750/week (2-week minimum June - Sept.)
Holiday Beach House Winter Rate: $1,000/mo plus utilities (Oct. - May)
