In our dedicated Bean to Bar Kitchen, we make single origin 70% dark bars in three varieties: Dominican Republic, Haitian & Guatemalan. "Bean to bar" refers to the process of making chocolate from start (the beans) to finish (the bar) in-house with premium ingredients and a commitment to quality and craftsmanship.
