The schooner Heritage was designed and built by her captains specifically for passengers. A typical trip includes sailing by day and anchoring in a snug harbor by night. It's an adventure suitable for individuals, couples and families with children 12 and older. Guests can participate in the sailing activities or simply sit back and take in the beauty of the coast of Maine. Plenty of room on deck to move around with nice high rails giving one the feeling of security. Cabins are outfitted with either a double bed or upper and lower bunks in the double-occupancy cabins. There are even two cabins with their own private head (toilet) in the cabin. Each cabin has a sink with running hot and cold water, a cabin light, plus reading lights over each pillow. There are AC and DC outlets for charging phones, tablets, cameras as well as to power sleep apnea machines for those who use them. All meals are prepared aboard the schooner with an abundance of fresh fruits & vegetables and freshly baked desserts. Meals are served family style in the bright and spacious galley. A lobster picnic is part of every trip. Over 60% of our guests have either sailed with us before or join us on the recommendation of someone who has. Come join us for a little adventure and a whole lot of relaxation.
