The 2021 cruise ship season has begun!

The American Cruise Lines vessels, Independence and American Constitution, have resumed their New England cruises for the 2021 summer season, with visits planned to Camden and Rockland through September 30th. With modified passenger occupancy in place at this time, the Independence will carry a maximum of 96 passengers per trip, and the Constitution will carry a maximum of 175 passengers per trip. American Cruise Lines has taken significant steps to ensure the safety of their passengers and crew this season, with a comprehensive health and safety plan and operating policies. Penobscot Bay Regional Chamber of Commerce is on the move

May 6, 2021—Penobscot Bay Regional Chamber of Commerce has announced the relocation of its Rockland Information Center to 25 Park Street. Formerly located at 1 Park Drive in a space owned by the Maine Lighthouse Museum, the move became imminent with the relocation of Park Street Grille from its neighboring location at 279 Main Street. The region exists to attract visitors to our region, which extends from Brunswick along the coast to Searsport, and most communities in Sagadahoc, Lincoln, Knox and Waldo counties. Rockport Consultant Elected Chair of Pen Bay Chamber Board

Rockland – January 22, 2021 – Jeffrey Hamilton of Rockport was elected as Chair of the Board of Directors of the Penobscot Bay Regional Chamber of Commerce at the board’s annual business meeting Thursday. Hamilton replaces Garry Schwall of Pine Grove Cottages in Lincolnville as the Chamber’s Board Chair.
