Curious World of Seaweed

6:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.Maine Coastal Islands National Wildlife Refuge Visitor Center, Rockland

Photographer and author, Josie Iselin will dive deep into the life history and the history of the science of a few iconic kelps and seaweeds. Herring Gut Learning Center educators will provide tools and supplies for seaweed pressings for attendees to experiment with after Josie's talk.
