"Building a Collaborative Environment" class offered at MCST

Spring brings a fresh start for everyone. See that optimism fulfilled with an effective approach to engaging with customers, neighbors, friends, committee members, and family. Enroll in “Building a Collaborative Environment” at MCST Adult Ed. Local team builder and collaborator, Mariah Klapatch, is leading a 2-night class on following an effective and positive pathway for influencing your work, community or home environment. These skills are applicable in any relationship and build success for all involved. Incorporating her theatre background, Mariah gets you out of your chair to engage you in active listening skills, empathy, increased self-awareness, and effective communication. Put into action, the results reduce defensiveness and increase positive collaboration. The class runs from 5:30-8pm on Tuesday, May 21st and Thursday, May 23rd.
