Nonprofit organizations in Knox County and Lincolnville can apply for Camden Rotary Club grants from now until February 27.
Eight grants will be awarded during this application cycle:
Richard Householder, who chairs the club’s charitable grants committee, notes that this year’s grants will focus on organizations that address basic human needs.
“Many of our neighbors are experiencing deep hardship due to the COVID-19 pandemic,” Householder said. “So we are focusing all of our grants on organizations that provide direct help to people in need.”
All applications are due by February 27, 2021. Applicants must be 501(c)3 organizations registered to operate in Knox County or Lincolnville. They must also be ready and able this year to start the project for which they seek funding.
